Eileen was ordained by Bishop Patricia Friesen on July 31, 2006, in Pittsburgh, PA.  Eileen is a member of the Roman Catholic Women Priests.

We are a small and growing Roman Catholic community consisting of families from Delaware and Pennsylvania.–  We believe that when Jesus instituted the Sacrament of Holy Orders, He did not exclude women.  Inscriptions on tombs and early Christian mosaics indicate that women were, indeed, deacons, priests, and bishops in the early church. Saint Mary Magdalene was the disciple to whom Jesus appeared first after His Resurrection.
